1)            APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 17, 2004

3)         CESAR CHÁVEZ ANNUAL AWARD RATIFICATION

 

            Recommend that the City Council accept the 2004 Cesar Chávez awardee selection.

 

 

 

4)         11TH ANNUAL CESAR CHÁVEZ DAY CELEBRATION

 

            Recommend that the City Council approve a waiver of all City permit fees and all City   expenses and fees incurred by the 11th Annual Cesar Chávez Day Celebration on March     28, 2004.

 

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

5)         BANNER POLICY UPDATE

 

Recommend that the City Council review the report on the City’s history of allowing the placement of banners in the public right-of-way, by private persons or organizations, and provide direction on the purchase and installation of additional poles at other locations.
