| The City Administrator works with the Mayor
and City Council, as well as City staff to ensure the proper
functioning of all City departments.
He ensures that various departments, divisions, and services
of the City are properly coordinated with established City policies,
rules and regulations and ordinances adopted by the City Council.
He provides direction in the preparation of the annual City budget,
as well as implements and administers all decisions handed down
by Council .
Emphasis on economic, redevelopment, and community development
activities will be the major thrust of the City Administrator’s
