GRAFFITI REMOVAL

Section 30.739.1(g) of the Municipal Code has established criteria for graffiti abatement. The Graffiti Removal Division is responsible for removing graffiti from all public buildings and for the removal of graffiti on private and commercial businesses within the CDBG areas. Furthermore, the Graffiti Division works in conjunction with the Community Preservation Department to remove graffiti on vacant buildings, walls, etc., in both CDBG and other areas. The Division makes daily routine inspections and responds to notices received from other City Departments.
