Use of City Facilities

Application

  • Groups may obtain an application for Use of City Facilities at the Recreation Park Administrative Office between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Application shall be made on the form provided that contains all the information requested. Reservations may be made up to six months in advance only and are on a first come, first serve basis.

Department Review

  • A five to seven (5-7) business day lead is necessary for department review. Application must be made at the Recreation Park Administrative Office five (5) days prior to the start of advertising for the event.

Fees and Charges

  • Applicants shall be charged for use of facilities (including cleaning deposits) according to the established fee schedule in effect at the time of approval.
