Alive Drive Safety Program |
A classroom refresher course
for seniors age 55 and older that is divided into two days
of four hours each. Upon completion of the course, mature
drivers receive a DMV certificate that entitles them to
receive a discount on their auto insurance. The two-day
class is held on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 12 noon
to 4:00pm. The class is held quarterly. Pre-registration
is required by calling the Department Office at (818) 898-1290.

This club is also known as “The
Crafty Ladies” and it has a membership of over fifty
lady participants. It is a very friendly and fun filled
environment that includes knitting, designing, quilting,
potlucks, birthday celebrations and much, much more. We
