Available below are links to environmental documents that study potential environmental impacts of pending projects that are currently proposed in the City of San Fernando. The environmental documents are being made available as part of the public review period prior to each project's review by the city's Planning and Preservation Commission and/or the City Council. Zone Code Amendment 2013-02- Citywide:
Negative Declaration

The proposed project is a request for city adoption of a zone code amendments to Chapter 106 (Zoning), Article VI of the City of San Fernando City Code to add provisions for density bonuses and other incentives or concessions prescribed by State law for developments that include affordable housing, senior housing, and certain childcare facilities, and to establish a reasonable accommodation procedure for persons with disabilities who are covered under Federal and State fair housing statutes. The Project Area includes the incorporated boundaries of the City of San Fernando, located in Los Angeles County. The draft density bonus and reasonable accommodation ordinances are provide below for public review.
