The environmental documents are being made available as part of the public review period prior to each project's review by the city's Planning and Preservation Commission, the City Council, and/or the Redevelopment Agency. A proposal to construct a wireless cell phone tower camouflaged as a pine tree at the city's Public Works Operations Facility located at 120 Macneil Street.
