The upcoming 2009 holiday season will create some schedule changes to important city services.

• Weekday operating hours at City Hall will change to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning December 21 through December 31. Those wishing to make water payments after hours can drop them in the box located in front of City Hall, 117 Macneil St. The payment will be credited on the next business day.
• Operating hours and programming will change at the City's recreational facilities. Call (818) 898-1290 for more information.
• City offices, recreational facilities and transit services will be closed on December 25 and January 1 for Christmas and New Year's Day. Police, fire and animal control services will remain in effect. Residents should dial 911 for emergencies and (818) 898-1267 for non-emergencies.
• Trash pick-up and street sweeping will not occur on the aforementioned holidays. Services will run one day late.
