Attached below are images of the city-approved conceptual design for the San Fernando Skate Plaza Design. Based on City Council direction, the design firm of California Skateparks will prepare construction drawings for the proposed skate plaza at San Fernando Recreation Park. Once completed, the construction drawings will be submitted to the City Council for their review and approval prior to approval of any construction contract to proceed with the skate plaza's construction. In the interim, the City Council is seeking to secure funds in the form of grants and/or donations to construct the skate plaza. We will provided project updates via this webpage as they become available.

Note: The City of San Fernando has provided $25,000 for the skate plaza design, which is being matched by another $25,000 from the Rob Dyrdek-DC Shoes Skate Plaza Foundation. The City will seek grant funds for skate plaza construction.
